The Hazard Magic System

This plug-in came about in an effort to adapt spellcasting from some of the older, more traditional fantasy roleplaying game systems to work as a more accessible but risky style of magic.

This plugin was originally the system for Kobold Rules of Play (KROP), but has been extracted here to be used in other games in place of fire-and-forget style casting.
